The Mentoring Partnership

This program helps build the professional networks and knowledge of the Canadian labour market for internationally trained individuals. By appropriately matching participants with qualified mentors, this program will have a positive impact on employment outcomes for internationally trained individuals looking for jobs in their field. This program also aims to improve employer attitudes around the hiring and retention of internationally trained individuals, by allowing them the opportunity to engage with internationally trained individuals.

Ontario Chamber of Commerce

This program for employers in York and Peel regions improves their hiring practices and helps them tap into the skills of highly qualified internationally trained individuals. It also provides information about qualified candidates to employers with vacancies. Once hired, the program will help the new employees successfully integrate into the workforce.
