The Mentoring Partnership

Toronto and Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC)

This program helps build the professional networks and knowledge of the Canadian labour market for internationally trained individuals. By appropriately matching participants with qualified mentors, this program will have a positive impact on employment outcomes for internationally trained individuals looking for jobs in their field. This program also aims to improve employer attitudes around the hiring and retention of internationally trained individuals, by allowing them the opportunity to engage with internationally trained individuals.
